Children are welcome in David H. Townsend Library but must follow library rules.

• Library staff cannot assume responsibility for supervising children.
• Children under the age of 12 must remain with a parent or guardian while in the library.
• If a young child appears unattended, library staff will attempt to locate the parent or guardian.
• If necessary, campus security may be contacted.
