The Online Course Quality Assurance Program was created to guide the implementation of the online quality assurance measures required by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
The team is charged with improving online teaching skills and developing a management plan for online students. Most importantly, the Quality Assurance Team’s goal is to help, in a peer-mentoring environment, all Alamogordo faculty meet Quality Matters Standards to assist our campus in its mission to serve students.
The team has been further charged to create specific documents which unify many of our online efforts including developing an online observation tool for supervisors, the course template, and training materials that meet the specific needs of our campus.
