Complete the form to save your seat at the ceremony. Make sure you complete the preferred name section. This is what will be published in the program and how you will be announced when you walk across the stage.
The Graduation Ceremony will be recorded. A recording will be posted here within one week of the event.

Family, friends, and guests are welcome! Tickets are not required to attend the Graduation Ceremony. Bleacher seating is available for all guests.

Apply for a Degree or Certificate
Deadline is March 2, 2026
All undergraduate students must submit their degree or certificate applications online through your myNMSU account.
Log in to myNMSU.
Select Academics in the Menu.
Choose either Registration & Advising or Student Records Online Services.

Diploma Information
Your diploma will be your official name in your official academic records. Contact the Admissions and Records Department if you have questions or need to make changes.
Email Admissions at NMSU-Alamogordo
Diplomas and Certificates will be issued 4 - 6 weeks after the deadline for final grades at the end of each term. For example, Fall semester diplomas or certificates may not be received until the middle of February, due to the holiday; the Spring semester may not be received until June; Summer semester may not be received until mid-September.
If you have not received your diploma, please follow up with the Office of University Student Records or email NMSU Diplomas. If you have not received your certificate, please contact Student Services. Include your full name and Aggie/Student ID number.
Any changes to degree applications must be submitted by email to NMSU diploma early in the semester.
Any changes to certificate applications must be submitted by email to NMSU-A Student Services.
