Welcome New Aggies!

All new, incoming degree seeking students and transfer students to NMSU Alamogordo must complete orientation. Orientation will provide the tools and information to make your transition to NMSU Alamogordo as easy as possible. Not only will you learn more about NMSU Alamogordo and the resources available, but you will also meet new friends and discover that NMSU-A is a supportive and caring community.

Students should complete their placement assessments and meet with academic advising before their orientation date.

You can make an appointment with your academic advisor via Navigate360  about academic advising can be found on our Advising page.

Note*** Student will need to login using their application account (what they used to apply) not their my.nmsu.edu email.
