Online Support Services:
Many services are available to help you be successful in your online courses including point of contact information, online tutoring, online testing, financial aid, accessibility services, veteran's programs, advising, career services, business office, library services, admissions, counseling, and technology support. These are available to you on our website's Online Support Services page.
Medical and Counseling Services:
As a New Mexico State University Alamogordo student, you have free, unlimited access to doctors and therapists plus on-demand crisis counseling. Getting started is easy. This NMSU Alamogordo Quick Start Guide will give you what you need to get started. Sign up for the services at the UWill
Academic Support Center:
The Academic Support Center offers tutoring for many specific courses and can help with writing, math, Canvas, and other problems you might be having with your online courses. If you cannot come to campus, there is online tutoring available. They also provide help with proctored testing.
Technology Services:
Technology services are available to help you with technology issues, help with Canvas, or help with Microsoft Office Software. Contact information and frequently asked questions can be found on the Technology Services page of the website.

Computer Lab Locations and Free Wi-Fi:
Computer labs are located on campus and include a wide variety of software:
- Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
- Adobe Suite for the Graphics classes
- Autodesk for the drafting classes and others
Free Wi-Fi is available on campus at various locations and can even be accessed in some of the parking lots. If you are not in Alamogordo, most public libraries have free Wi-Fi available.
