Education: I graduated from NMSU (New Mexico State University)- main campus with a bachelor's in finance with a concentration as a Financial Analyst in August 2023. I fell in love with the concept of financial freedom and creating generational wealth. One of my short-term goals is to attain a master’s degree from NMSU. Go Aggies! 

Career: During college I built a detailing business named Scenic Detailing & Services that flourished into a community name. I did not expect it to flourish as much as it did, the only reason I started it was to help pay college tuition while enjoying a hobby of mine. I can say that being a small business owner is the most challenging and rewarding experience. Like any other college student, I have worked in the restaurant industry and took many lessons from each position.  

Personal: I was born and raised in Alamogordo, NM. I went away to school and found my way back to serving my community in many ways than I had imagined. Being a first-generation student I had to navigate this college journey by myself and know that it can be a scary process. I am fortunate to have learned valuable lessons as well as add experience to my own “college toolbox”. I hope to share what I’ve learned with other students who may be in the same situation I was in and know you are not alone.
