David MacWilliams joined NMSUA in 2018. He is division head of Arts & Sciences and a professor of English. At NMSUA he has taught World Lit. I, Creative Writing, and Introduction to Language and Linguistics.

He has an MFA in Creative Writing from Ashland University, Ohio; a Ph.D. in Victorian Literature from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; and an MA in Teaching English as a Second Language from SUNY at Stony Brook.
