I have been teaching at NMSUA since 2010. I am an Air Force veteran as well as a mother to six grown children. Much of my schooling was completed as a non-traditional student. My B.A. in English, Brit. Lit. is from the University of Maryland. My M.A. in Rhetoric and Composition is from NMSU. I hope to complete my PhD shortly in Composition and Applied Linguistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I teach English and First-year Seminar FYEX. Teaching and learning is a joy.
